About pricing and contracting
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel anytime. If you'd rather pay for the year up front, you get 16% off, but that's up to you.
What happens if I go over my edition's limits?
You'll get a heads-up when you hit 80% of a limit. From there you can move up to the next edition right inside the platform, with no data migration and without losing your settings.
Is implementation billed separately?
Yes, it's a one-time $196 fee. That covers the initial setup, loading your catalog and the training to get you started. It's free if you pay annually, and Hub Enterprise customers get a dedicated consultant.
How do I pay? Do you take ACH, Yappy, credit cards?
You can pay by ACH, Yappy, credit card or bank deposit. Hub Enterprise accounts can also pay by invoice on net-30 terms.
Is the e-invoicing PAC fee included?
No. You pay the PAC (Digifact, The Factory HKA, Ebi, Factura Fácil, eFacturapty or Siteck in Panama; The Factory HKA Venezuela in Venezuela) directly. SuiteHub connects to it at no extra charge, and we'll help you sign up with one during onboarding.
